Liongard mitigates IT and cybersecurity risks for IT service providers. We do this by seamlessly monitoring and documenting system configurations, detecting meaningful changes to those configurations, and providing clear insights and next-step actions based on those changes.

Our customers are Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that are now managing into a complex modern IT stack – from cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspaces, to network devices, apps, services and databases. They love us because our product gives them deep visibility into all the systems and configurations managed and bring it all back to one unified dashboard, streamlining the way they manage security posture, track changes over time, respond to alerts when something is misconfigured, and generate reports across all of their environments and systems.

The Role

As the Product Analyst, you will support our Product team to make the process of creating our product smoother and easier for our Product team. You will be responsible for garnering product data and insights to help our team make high-quality data driven decisions, triaging larger-scale issues and field questions to protect our team’s focus on planned work, supporting the team by conducting research and gathering requirements, and executing on special projects as defined by Product leadership.

To be successful in this role you must be an excellent communicator with time and project management skills, organizer of complex details with the ability to collaborate with other internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on assigned projects and deliverables. You also must be passionate about contributing to the kind of team that promotes our culture and is aligned with our strategic goals and initiatives. We execute as a team and expect strong collaboration to ensure consistent communication within the Product team and across all major functions of the company.
